The front and rear air pressure doors are opened when feeding and closed after discharging to prevent heat source leakage. Each section of the furnace body connection section has a unique sealing method to ensure that hot air is not exposed. The conveyor is equipped with a variable speed motor Delta frequency converter for stable transportation and prevents frame displacement. It has dual over temperature protection (the temperature controller controls the top EGO to prevent over temperature) to prevent product quality from being damaged due to abnormal temperature. The discharge induction device and alarm notify personnel to pick up the material when there is material. The anti drop device prevent personnel from not picking up the material in time and prevent falling incidents. The energy-saving device stops heating when there is no board in the furnace. During work, the air pressure valve rises and the feed is transported to the designated location. The air pressure valve is closed for baking, and the temperature can be set separately for each section.
